As you may be aware, there have been some unusual lag spikes in Zone4 since April 19th. A lag spike is when the game is running as normal and then suddenly lags very seriously for a moment, then returns to normal.
 
If you experience anything like this, we ask please send a ticket reporting it to the Help Desk here: http://zone4.ogplanet.com/en/help/helpdesk.og. Include the date and time the lag spike occurred and how long the lag lasted for. Any information you can provide is important. With your help, we can find the source of this problem and fix it as quickly as possible.
